Project Overview:
I am seeking an experienced PLC Programmer / Systems Integrator to develop the full operational logic (The "Conductor") for a high-end, modular pizza vending machine. The mechanical 3D design is in its final stages. We require a robust, industrial-grade software solution capable of 24/7 operation.
Technical Stack & Hardware Requirements:
Preferred Platform: Delta AS200 Series (or equivalent industrial PLC with EtherCAT support).
Motion Control: EtherCAT protocol to manage two main robotic systems:
Manipulator A (Cold Zone): 3-axis XYZ picker for retrieving pizza cassettes from dual-rack storage (200 slots).
Manipulator B (Ambient Zone): 2/3-axis handler for oven extraction, precise positioning on the cutting anvil, and transfer to the packaging unit.
Thermal Process Control: * Management of 2-4x Short-wave IR Ovens.
Dynamic PWM / 0-10V control for 4-6 independent heating zones (Top/Bottom).
Database integration for ~34 unique "Baking Profiles" (Time/Power/Pulse).
Process Logic & Synchronization:
High-pressure Star Punch (5kN) synchronization with Manipulator B's position.
Automated packaging logic (Vacuum-fed flat-pack carton forming & tray selection).
Gravity-fed dual-sauce dispenser logic (Solenoid triggered).
Communication: * Modbus TCP/IP or WebAPI interface to communicate with a Master PC (running the 21.5" Touch UI and Payment Gateway).
