Local CAD drafter needed in Riverdale, UT for on-site measurements + existing floor plan
Job post:
I need a local CAD drafter to come on site in Riverdale, Utah 84405 and create an accurate, dimensioned as-built floor plan of an existing commercial space.
This is for a restaurant / bar renovation project. We are reworking the kitchen footprint and I need a clean CAD drawing showing the remaining kitchen shell and surrounding conditions for my kitchen consultant and for city submission.
Scope of work:
• On-site field measurements of existing space
• Create a clean 2D dimensioned floor plan
• Show:
• exterior and interior walls
• wall thickness
• doors and door swings
• windows if applicable
• structural columns / fixed obstacles
• ceiling height notes where relevant
• any unusual conditions that affect layout
• Clearly identify the proposed kitchen area footprint
• Include all critical dimensions needed for kitchen planning
Deliverables:
• DWG file
• dimensioned PDF
• layered CAD file preferred
Important:
I do not need kitchen design, equipment layout, or renderings. I only need an accurate measured shell / as-built plan. Kitchen layout and equipment will be handled by my kitchen consultant.
