I need a character model rebuilt into a modular, snap-fit product for FDM 3D printing.
Key requirements:
Clean, watertight geometry (current model is from AI and unusable)
Split into logical parts (head, hair, body, accessories)
Hidden snap-fit system (4mm peg, ~0.2mm tolerance)
Designed for repeatability across future models (this is important)
Optimized for Bambu X1C printing (0.4 nozzle)
Style goal:
Clean, simplified designer toy aesthetic (similar to KitKiln style)
Minimal but intentional segmentation
Deliverables:
Separate STLs
Source CAD file (STEP preferred)
