I need a mechanical engineer to turn my battery lift mechanism concept into a professional engineering package.
The concept includes:
reference images
rough GLB concept files
frame and battery placement references
The mechanism idea is:
battery supported from below by a metal plate
compression spring(s) push the battery upward
mechanism integrates into an external frame
design must be practical, manufacturable, and mechanically stable
I need someone who can convert this into a real engineering design, not just a visual model.
Scope of Work
The freelancer should:
review the supplied concept files and images
develop a production-feasible mechanism
create professional 3D CAD assembly and part files
create 2D manufacturing drawings
perform mechanical analysis and sizing, including:
spring sizing
load/stress review
deflection/stability review
anti-jam / anti-tilt design review
fit and tolerance review
recommend materials and manufacturing approach
Deliverables
Please provide:
native CAD source files i.e., SolidWorks; .DXF
STEP files
2D drawings for parts and assembly
mechanical analysis report
spring selection / sizing calculations
final summary report with design assumptions, risks, and recommendations
