Drawing picture into 2D DWG Anyone

I need a person that can help me to transfer old scanned images of drawings into 2D CAD DWG. I'm a civil and structural engineer and don't always have enough capacity on my CAD side, especially with ones where I need to take over old projects and having to redo the drawings and review the designs. I'm based South Africa, most of my work (about 75%) here in South Africa and other work in southern and east africa (Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya and Madagascar). I'll attached a typical example of the project I need help with. I do have a recent contour survey of the site we can use to "build" the new drawings on, it is just a survey with the site cadastrals boundaries on etc. so should help a bit to get started and not having to try and trace the contours on the drawings. Please can you give me an indication of what it typically will cost to have the attached scan to 2D DWG done in 2D DWG-format. read less
