Project Goal:
I am developing a revolutionary, monolithic consumption platform called "The Quill." I need an elite Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineer to finalize a production-ready "Golden Sample" blueprint. This project requires extreme mastery of thermal isolation, high-speed micro-motion, and high-pressure seals.
Core Technical Requirements:
• Spatial Constraint: Monolithic cylindrical shell with a maximum external diameter of 15.24mm.
• High-Speed Engine: Internal ingestion system capable of maintaining 75,000 RPM with zero vibration.
• Pressure Forge: High-pressure Induction
Sintering Forge designed to withstand 390 PSI
internal pressure.
• Thermal Shielding: A 650°C pyrolytic self-clean cycle that must be 100% thermally isolated from the external skin and internal
power source.
• Odorless Integrity: 100% mechanical seal utilizing a precision 360° iris or similar advanced geometry.
Deliverables:
1. Full STEP/CAD files optimized for CNC machining (Grade 23 Titanium & Zirconia).
2. FEA (Finite Element Analysis) proving shell and seal integrity at 390 PSI.
3. Final BOM (Bill of Materials) with sourcing for all precision Swiss-grade internals.
Contract Terms:
Strict NDA and Work-for-Hire (WFH) agreement required. I retain 100% ownership of all IP, including engineering math, physical designs, and digital assets.
