3D prototype Needed - Hoodie Style iPhone Case (First Sample Only) Anyone

I have reference images of a hoodie-style phone case design. I need a designer to create a working 3D model that fits an iPhone 16 pro-and help produce a physical prototype so i can hold it and approve the fit and feel.
This is NOT for mass production yet. I only need a first working sample/prototype.
The design includes:
-A phone case that properly fits the iPhone
-Raised Hoodie-style folds around the top
-A front pocket detail
-Drawstring detail (Preferably real but can be molded, open to suggestion)
I want the prototype to simulate a soft rubber / soft touch feel, if possible, but open to discussion. I am open to material suggestions for the prototype.
Please let me know what you would need from me and what the estimated cost would be.
