Project Overview: We are planning a new cottage build located in The Township of Minden Hills, Ontario. The design concept is a modern "Scottish Longhouse"—characterized by a long, narrow rectangular footprint, a simple pitched roof, and a minimalist aesthetic.
We have the conceptual design largely determined, but we require a qualified professional to develop the final construction documents and provide the necessary stamped drawings for a building permit application under Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code (OBC).
Mandatory Requirement: You must hold a valid Ontario Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) registered with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. You must be qualified for "House" and/or "Small Buildings."
