I'm seeking an experienced professional to develop a comprehensive grading plan for a commercial building site in Cherokee County, GA. The primary goal is site leveling to prepare for construction.
Key Requirements:
- Grading Plan: Ensure site is properly leveled for commercial building.
- Stormwater Management Plan: Design to control runoff and prevent erosion.
- Septic Design: Create an efficient septic system layout.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in land development and site preparation.
- Strong understanding of local regulations in Cherokee County, GA.
- Experience with commercial construction projects.
- Proficient in stormwater management and septic system design.
The site is level and no trees. I is an existing lot that previously had a building on it. I have the building and foundation plans. I also have the asbuilt survey.
at the rear of the property we are putting up 2 metal buildings
