We are seeking a highly experienced CAD planner / industrial master planner to produce a professional, build-ready 2D master plan layout for the Pemba Mnazi Special Economic Zone (PM-SEZ) — an industrial park development with a strong circular economy and eco-industrial focus.
The master plan will serve for:
Government and SEZ authority approvals
Investor presentations and due diligence
Engineering handover and detailed design
Infrastructure planning and phased delivery
This is not a generic site drawing. We want a senior professional who understands industrial zoning, logistics flows, utilities planning, and SEZ dynamics.
Scope of Work
The selected candidate will deliver:
✔ Develop a highly disciplined 2D industrial master plan in AutoCAD / Civil 3D
