Custom low‑profile roll cage CAD for Can‑Am Maverick X3 Max
I need a mechanical/CAD engineer experienced with off‑road or motorsport tube structures to design a custom roll cage for a 4‑seat Can‑Am Maverick X3 Max. I will provide:
– Photos of the OEM cage and a reference low‑profile fabricated cage (and a mockup image).
Deliverables:
– 3D CAD model of the cage on the X3 Max chassis (SolidWorks/Fusion 360 or similar).
– Tube‑bender data for every tube (cut length, bend positions & angles, rotations – YBC/LRA format).
– 2D drawings (top/side/front) with dimensions.
– 3D render(s) so I can review the appearance.
Requirements:
– Experience designing roll cages / tube chassis (please show portfolio).
– Ability to work to my constraints (1.75" DOM, low roof line, straight fabricated style, proper triangulation).
– Optional: ability to export/import to Bend‑Tech PRO/SE.
