I am working on developing modular calisthenics / outdoor fitness park equipment
I am looking for an experienced mechanical design engineer (not conceptual/industrial design) to help with reverse engineering and CAD design of a structural clamp used to connect pipes/posts in fitness rigs.
Project Scope
I already have clear reference images and an exploded view of an existing clamp design.
The task is to recreate the clamp geometry in CAD and prepare manufacturing-ready drawings.
Expected Deliverables
Parametric 3D CAD model (SolidWorks / Inventor / similar)
STEP + native CAD files
2D manufacturing drawings with tolerances
BOM with standard fasteners
Material & surface coating recommendations suitable for outdoor use
Minor design tweaks (if needed) to improve manufacturability or robustness
