I have an existing conditions revit model for a NYC townhouse that will undergo a complete gut renovation. Revit technician will be asked to develop intent plans in revit for the townhouse. I will provide plans of a comparable property in PDF that revit technician will use to develop the new intent plans. Technician should be highly competent in developing construction documents.
