Revit Technician and renderer for NYC Townhouse Ended

I have an existing conditions revit model for a NYC townhouse that will undergo a complete gut renovation. Revit technician will be asked to develop intent plans in revit for the townhouse. I will provide intent plan in CAD that revit technician will use to develop the new intent plans. Technician should be highly competent in developing construction documents.

I will also need basic renderings of the exteriors of the townhouse for use in preparation of Landmarks filing set. Applicant should have ability to do renderings of the townhouse showing it on the block with the proposed rooftop and rear yard addition read less
