About the job
I need stamped framing drawings for a job in New Hampshire. Budget is $750-1200. License must apply in NH.
-This is a one time project and the drawings are needed ASAP for building permit application in Lebanon, NH. I do have one more quick, related second project if this one goes well.
-~500 linear feet of 42" tall, wood frame 2x4, (finished with 1/2 drywall on both sides and 1x6 boards on top) pony walls that will serve as dividers between INDOOR sports courts.
-As designed, the walls will support themselves for the most part but a system, likely ClarkDietrich LGPW36 and PW36 supports should be utilized as necessary.
-The anchor/fasteners should be specified for anchoring in concrete slab (34 years old) with approx 1.5" of new asphalt on top.
-The asphalt will be finished with multiple layers of outdoor finishing paint, as used to finish tennis courts so it must be determined if a pressure treated bottom plate is required. Again, the project is indoors and the concrete slab is 34 years old.
-Sketchup rendition of project included. NOTE the 42" pony walls are the only new build. All other walls are existing and will not be changed.
