Tapza Technologies is a growing IT startup building creative and tech-driven solutions. We are setting up our new office space and are seeking a talented freelance interior designer to help us plan a modern, functional, and aesthetic layout design that reflects our brand’s innovation and energy.

Project Scope

We are not looking for full interior execution.
The scope of work is design layout only, which includes:

Space planning and layout design for our office workspace (approx. [insert sq. ft.] sq. ft)

Designated areas include: reception, staff area, meeting room, CEO cabin, and lounge/breakout zone

2D floor plan with furniture placement

3D visualizations (optional, based on proposal)

Suggestions for lighting, wall finishes, and workspace aesthetics (optional)

Key Responsibilities

Understand the client’s requirements, space constraints, and workflow needs

Create optimized layout plans ensuring comfort, functionality, and corporate aesthetics

Deliver 2D layout drawings and (if possible) 3D renders

Coordinate feedback and make up to 2 rounds of revisions

Present final designs with all measurements, references, and furniture layout details

Required Skills & Tools

Strong experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Homestyler, or Floorplanner

Ability to produce accurate, clear, and scalable 2D/3D plans

Good sense of modern, tech-startup-style office design (clean, collaborative, minimal, and vibrant)

Communication and responsiveness during the design iteration phase

Deliverables

Final 2D layout (PDF, CAD, or image format)

(Optional) 3D rendered visuals or walkthrough

Design rationale & furniture placement plan

Two rounds of feedback incorporated read less
