I’m looking for a professional architectural designer to create a modern exterior facade design for a private villa (G+1) located in Wadi Al Shabak, Dubai, UAE.
The design must include:
All facade elevations (front, rear, and both sides).
Special focus on the rear area, which is located on higher ground and visible from an elevated angle.
Boundary wall design for both the front and rear sides.
Lighting design showing both day and night views (3D renders).
Deliverables: 3D renders, facade drawings (PDF/DWG), and material references.
I prefer clean, modern, and elegant compositions with realistic material detailing suitable for Dubai’s climate.
