Looking for a skilled CAD designer or architect to bring my tanning studio to life! We need a complete set of construction-ready drawings, including floor plans, MEP, and everything needed for permits and build-out. Must be licensed to provide seal for architecture & MEP engineering in the state of Tennessee.
What we need:
*A precise, detailed floor plan for reception, tanning rooms, restrooms, and utilities
*MEP drawings for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
*All documentation needed to submit for permitting and construction
You should know your way around commercial build-outs and local codes, and be ready to deliver a complete, accurate set of CAD files. High attention to detail and experience with construction docs is a must. Let’s make this project smooth and professional!
See attached photo. The space is 30 ft wide by 100 ft deep. The front and rear exterior doors cannot be moved. The photo shows a side door, this is not there so please disregard. There are two restrooms side by side in the rear left corner of the space, these should stay as well. Walls on service rooms do not go all the way to the ceiling. I need a 12-15 ft deep lobby that goes all the way across the front of the space. Service rooms should be 9x9. Could get away with a few 8x8. HVAC should direct airflow towards the front of the space, where the heat emitting equipment will be placed.
This will be a one-time job for now, but will have 5-6 upcoming spaces. Timeline is ASAP.
