• Material: Aluminum A6061BD-T6
• Workpiece size: Ø9 mm range, length ~40 mm
• Operations: Front/Back machining, drilling, sub-spindle transfer, chamfer, cutoff
• We will provide:
• 2D technical drawing (PDF)
• 3D model (STEP/IGES)
• Tool list & machining sequence if needed
Deliverables:
• ESPRIT project file (.esprit)
• Posted G-code (Fanuc/Citizen format)
• Setup sheet (tool list & process order)
• Simulation screenshot or short video
Requirements:
• Proven experience in ESPRIT CAM
• Familiar with Swiss-type CNC (Citizen / Star / Tornos) machines
