We are a boutique architecture and interior design firm seeking a full time architect contractor (3 months to longer) to support our principal architect on active projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is highly skilled in Revit and construction administration execution.
What You’ll Do:
Translate hand sketches and design concepts into detailed Revit drawings.
Produce clean, accurate models, elevations, and construction documentation.
Work independently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Communicate project progress and flag issues clearly and efficiently.
Collaborate with our design team to ensure documents align with project intent.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Revit (minimum 3+ years hands-on experience required).
Has the ability to work on RFI submittals and ASI’s
Strong technical drawing and documentation skills.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to quickly execute direction from design sketches.
Degree in Architecture required (license not required).
