We are seeking a Revit expert to develop a project template and custom family library tailored to our high-end residential workflow. The objective is to create a plug-and-play system that delivers consistency, efficiency, and high-quality output across all projects.
Scope of Work
1. Revit Project Template Development
Build a standardized project template (.rte) with pre-set sheets, views, annotations, title blocks, and line weight standards.
Incorporate firm-wide standards for dimensioning, graphics, and documentation.
2. Custom Family Library
Develop a parametric family library for high-end millwork (cabinetry, paneling, shelving, built-ins).
Include common residential components (doors, windows, fixtures).
3. Millwork Detail Library
Provide detail families for trim profiles, cabinetry, and casework optimized for construction documentation.
Collaboration & Ongoing Support
I would like to be actively involved in the build-out process to learn how to edit and modify the parametric template and families myself. We are also looking for a long-term consultant who can assist with updates, refinements, and support as our standards evolve.
