About the job
Project Brief: PC Case Mod Design Inspired by Monkey D. Luffy – Gear 5 Nika
I am looking for a professional 3D designer/modeler to execute a special project: designing a PC Case Mod in the form of the upper half of Monkey D. Luffy – Gear 5 Nika from the anime One Piece.
The requirement is only the external bust/case design, with precise internal measurements to fit real hardware components. I do not need 3D models of the internal parts (motherboard, GPU, etc.). The design must ensure accurate dimensions for compatibility.
Components to Fit (Internal Dimensions Only)
Motherboard (ATX): 305 × 244 mm
Graphics Card (GPU): 302 × 130 × 56 mm
Power Supply (PSU): 160 × 150 × 86 mm
AIO 360 Radiator with fans: 397 × 120 × 52 mm
CPU Block: Ø80 × 55 mm
Maximum Overall Case Dimensions
Height: ≤ 690 mm
Depth: ≤ 300 mm
Width: ≤ 450 mm
Clearance behind motherboard tray: ≥ 20 mm (for cable management)
Cooling Layout
360 Radiator mounted at the back or side (Exhaust).
Two shoulder fans (120–140 mm, preferably side or back to avoid distorting the front view).
One slim 120 mm head fan (Exhaust).
Air ducts/baffles to optimize airflow and avoid heat recirculation.
Artistic/Design Details
General style: cel-shaded anime look with bold colors and clear details.
Chest “X” mark: transparent acrylic/plexiglass window, slightly curved like a scar, supported with an inner frame, optional RGB lighting.
Straw Hat: placed behind the neck, wor...

Artistic/Design Details
General style: cel-shaded anime look with bold colors and clear details.
Chest “X” mark: transparent acrylic/plexiglass window, slightly curved like a scar, supported with an inner frame, optional RGB lighting.
Straw Hat: placed behind the neck, works as an additional compartment (PSU or storage), detachable bottom panel for ventilation/maintenance, straw-texture vents, optional lighting.
Hair and face: must be sculpted accurately as per reference images, maintaining Gear 5 features.
Hands: one hand positioned near the face (side angle), the other in a natural pose.
Smoke/cloud effects around shoulders and head: integrated into the design and used as ventilation channels.
Execution Requirements
Strong experience in organic sculpting and product/engineering design.
Ability to merge artistic aesthetics with functional hardware integration.
Prior PC Case Modding or similar hardware projects (preferred).
High precision in measurements to ensure hardware fit.
Design must be prepared for 3D printing (STL/OBJ files) and split into modular sections for assembly.
Must provide an Assembly Guide / Exploded View.
Final Deliverables
STL/OBJ files ready for 3D printing.
STEP file (optional).
Modular design split into sections ≤ 300 mm.
Exploded View and full Assembly Guide.
Work Process
Provide an initial sketch of the proposed Luffy Gear 5 Nika character design before execution.
Approval of the general shape (head, hair, face, hands, chest, straw hat).
Begin organic sculpting and engineering design.
Integrate internal component measurements into the bust.
Modular division for 3D printing.
Final delivery of files and documentation.
What Applicants Must Provide
Examples of previous similar work (especially organic character sculpts).
A clear timeline with phases and number of revisions per phase.
