Project Brief
I need a CAD designer or architect to produce a bathroom renovation design package that is construction-ready and aligned with a Nordic spa aesthetic. Deliverables must be detailed enough for contractors to build directly from the plans.
Scope
2D CAD Drawings (PDF + editable CAD file formats):
Floor layout with cabinetry, shower, vanity, toilet
Plumbing and fixture placement
Lighting plan
Cabinetry and built-in details
3D Rendering/Visualization (optional, bonus)
Material & Fixture Selection Package:
Tile, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, finishes
Must include a shopping list with Canadian sourcing where possible
Project Conditions
Client will provide measurements and photos (no existing digital floor plan)
Non-negotiables: Toilet location fixed; plumbing generally unchanged
Design changes: Convert to double vanity, adjust shower location
