Assistance producing CAD models from STL images to make customised ear plugs Ended

We require you to calculate the precise dimensions for custom made ear plugs using STL files of individuals' ears. The STL files have been made using PolyCam taking 50-70 photos of the individual's ear, these have then been stitched together to create an STL file using Photogrammetry. We would like CAD drawings produced for each ear plug.
As you will see, the STL files show the ears of 4 different individuals so there will need to be 8 ear plugs in total (i.e. left and right of each). We appreciate that it will not be possible to have the ear plug deep into the ear canal but would like it to sit in as much as far in as possible with the STL images provided.
The moulded / customised part of the ear plug will be the bit shown below in Grey. The standardised part of each ear plug will be the kidney bean shape in Beige.
