Overview: Our client is seeking a highly motivated Drafter to join their construction design team. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop accurate, detailed technical drawings that turn construction concepts into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and update detailed architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Interpret project requirements, specifications, and sketches into precise technical plans.
• Calculate dimensions, materials, and weight limitations to ensure structural integrity.
• Review and revise drawings for compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
• Assist in preparing construction documents, technical specifications, and schedules.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and related documentation.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant drafting experience in the construction or similar industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar drafting software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Relevant diploma/degree in Drafting, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.

Salary: SGD 1,000 - 1,500
