Draft Scaled Floorplan for ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) – Montgomery County, MD Ended

I’m seeking a skilled professional to create a scaled floorplan/blueprint for an existing basement that has been converted into a 3-bedroom, 1-bath unit with a full kitchen and living space. The purpose of this drawing is to submit it to Montgomery County, Maryland, for ADU Licensing & Registration.

I have two sketches - one for the ADU, the other for the Driveway, both are hand drawn and have measurements. 8 ½” x 11” Ruled-Drawing (Two separate drawings required):

two separate 8 ½” x 11” ruled‐drawn drawings must be submitted.

One with the dimensions of the proposed ADU including entrance and interior doors, windows, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, labeled rooms, stairs, or door to main house.
One with off-street parking (driveway, parking pad, etc..) drawn and dimensions labeled (length and width). DO NOT include street parking.

Scope of Work:
• Draft a clear, legible floorplan of the existing basement unit
• The drawing must include:
• Overall dimensions of the unit
• Layout and dimensions of all rooms
• Location of entrance and interior doors
• Placement of all windows
• Bathroom fixtures and kitchen appliances
• Labeling of each room (e.g., Bedroom 1, Kitchen, Bathroom, etc.)
• Any stairs or connecting door to the main house

Requirements:
• The final blueprint must be scaled to fit on standard 8.5” x 11” paper
