Need Accurate As-Built Floor Plan with Elevations (On-Site Measurement in Bangkok Condo) Ended

I’m looking for a Bangkok-based architect, draftsman, or CAD specialist who can visit my condo unit in person and create as-built architectural floor plans with elevations based on real, accurate measurements
Background:
- I was provided a floor plan from the building management, but it was for a mirror unit, and unfortunately, the measurements do not match my actual space.
- We already tried replicating this mirror plan using AutoCAD, but the result was still inaccurate.
- Several important details are also missing or incorrect—for example:
1/ Posts that exist in real life are not shown on the plan
2/ Some walls are shown as protruding but are actually flush
3/ Room dimensions, wall lengths, and layout inconsistencies make the current plan unusable for renovation and design planning
What I Need:
- Site visit to take precise measurements of the unit (including wall lengths, posts, protrusions, ceiling heights, etc.)
- Creation of accurate as-built architectural floor plans based on actual unit layout
- Elevations for all rooms (showing wall features, window/door positions, heights, etc.)
- Final output in both PDF and DWG formats
- Must be able to work fast and deliver within a short turnaround time
Ideal Candidate:
- Based in Bangkok or able to travel to my condo unit
- Speaks English (or can communicate clearly in English)
