- Architectural Drafting: Create comprehensive architectural floor plans, elevations, site plans, and associated supplementary documentation.
- Site/Plot Plan: Draft detailed site/plot plans using county documentation, including existing structures, setbacks, easements, landscaping, drainage, utility connections, and the location of new structures.
- Schedules: Develop schedules for doors, windows, lighting fixtures, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC equipment.
- Roof Plan: Draft roof plans indicating dimensions, slope, materials, pitch, and attic venting locations/calculations.
