📄 Project Description:

We’re developing a compact medical facility prototype to be deployed across multiple rural and peri-urban locations. The task is to design a 5-bed modular clinic, focused on function, low-cost construction, and replicability.

We need a professional who can take this from idea to visualization — floor plan, layout, and 3D model. You’ll be working with a brief modeled on WHO space standards and public health facility design.

🏥 Scope of Work:

Floor plan (DWG or PDF) – max 150–200 sqm

Functional zoning: wards, OPD, reception, nurse station, treatment

Simple material and structural recommendations

Exterior 3D views + basic interior if possible

Drawings must be suitable for prototyping or prefab construction

Clean layout with easy circulation and visibility

Adequate natural light and ventilation

Potential for solar/inverter support and water tank area

Cost-effective structure (blockwork, prefab, or steel-frame optional)
