Hello,
I am looking for a skilled architect or design team to create a full chalet design for a private farm located in the Middle East. The total land area is 50 meters wide by 250 meters deep.
🔹 Scope of Work:
• Full landscape design (gardens, walkways, water features, outdoor lighting, covered seating area, and pool)
• Ground-floor modern-style chalet with:
• Open-plan living and reception with high ceilings
• 4 master bedrooms (4×4m each) with built-in wardrobes
• One external kitchen for heavy cooking
• One indoor kitchen for preparation
• Roof using hidden insulated sandwich panels
• Additional rooms: Driver’s / security room and outdoor storage
• Interior design with all furniture and accessories specified and purchasable
• Full Bill of Quantities (BOQ) including material specs (blocks, cement, flooring, finishes, lighting, etc.)
🔹 Important Requirements:
• Construction will be done by local workers, not a professional construction company.
• Therefore, the design must be simple and easy to build, while still looking elegant and modern.
• All materials will be sourced locally from the Middle East, so I only need the design and specifications.
🔹 Deliverables Required:
• CAD drawings and printable PDFs
• 2D/3D floor plans and renders
• BOQ with material specifications
• Furniture/material reference list
