Are you a talented 3D designer with an eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality renderings? Do you also love cars and garages? We are seeking a SketchUp & Enscape expert to help bring our car condo designs to life with stunning, realistism.

Your Responsibilities:

First priority ASAP:
✅ Enhance Our Current Model
– Improve the realism of our existing SketchUp model using Enscape
(see walkthrough video for reference: https://bit.ly/4hkv3kN 👈🎥).
✅ Expand & Customize
– Modify our small car condo design into a larger model, incorporating our specific materials and design elements.
✅ Create / Upload our custom Materials & Products
– Create and Upload and organize our custom materials and products into Enscape for this specific project. May require AutoCAD.

Second priorities:
✅ Create Additional Models
– Develop three more car condo variations (different garage sizes and styles) based on our existing design.
✅ Build a Custom 3D Library
– Upload and organize our custom materials and products into Enscape for future projects.
✅ Develop Training Materials
– Create a simple guide for our team to easily adjust materials (e.g., swapping floor and cabinetry finishes in SketchUp during client presentations).
✅ Future Opportunities
– Work on custom garage renderings for individual client projects as needed.

Qualifications:

~ Strong experience with SketchUp & Enscape & Creating new 3D assets for these.
~ Ability to create ultra-realistic renderings
~ Self-motivated and detail-oriented

-- Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour or more if you can get shit done and are badass. You deserve higher pay if you can do in 2 hours what someone else can do in 20.
