We are seeking an experienced CAD Draftsman to design a 1000kg tender crane for our Phinisi liveaboard. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of drafting experience, expertise in AutoCAD, and a mechanical engineering background with knowledge of welding, stainless steel construction, and mechanical assemblages.
Responsibilities:
- Create 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for the crane design, ensuring structural integrity.
- Specify materials, welding techniques, and assembly methods for stainless steel fabrication.
- Work with engineers and fabricators to ensure compliance with maritime safety standards.
- Provide technical documentation and assembly guidelines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of mechanical drafting experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong knowledge of lifting structures.
