About the job
Wanted for exclusive and contemporary urban wharf development in the heart of Limassol, A competent CAD technician, with a wide knowledge of local building regulations and compliance, to work alongside an international architect to create initially a drawing package sufficient to submit for planning approval within Limassol. Further stages post planning will be to work with a team of engineers and architectural designers to create a construction drawing package. ArchiCAD / AutoCAD / Revit or extensive proficiency is a must, working to a deadline and at a brisk pace is essential, working with an energetic team on some incredible land mark projects. Immediate start is an absolute. Must be Limassol based individual, no overseas applicants please.
