Using a sheet of Corian material: 144.5" L x 30" W x 0.5" Thickness
Need to implement 3D designs into VCarve software in order to carve it into material but I am in need of a CNC programmer for Aspire who can make this design for me, I have possibly more than one project in the future so whoever helps will secure those projects if all goes well.
