G'day. I want to hire a Chief Architect drafter and also a quantity estimator, who could be a second person.
I am a building sales consultant from Australia and need someone to draw my plans in chief so I can move things around with my client. To save on time....my version of Chief is quite old... x9 so your program will need to be able to work with it …NOTE: I am self-taught.
Would you be interested in….I expect it to be 8-16 houses per year.

Drawing concepts- Draft Working Drawings only required
I will produce a rough on paper with dimensions m2 and modifications. You will be required to convert this plan to a Chief Arch drawing that works with my program so I can make modifications to it with the client.
Building materials/practices:
Hip roofs mostly ….occasionally a skillion
-Externals 200 Series block work (experience in this will be helpful)
-Internal walls 70 stud walls/90 where there are pocket sliders for internals
-Variety of floor coverings internally to be beds and externally.
-Kitchen & Laundry cabinets
-Kitchen and laundry bench tops in Stone m2/ or Laminate in lm
-Turn around needs to be in 48hrs for the Working Drawings.
-I only require a floor plan in 1:100 and 1:200
Secondly, Not all jobs will require costing if they do.....Next

To cost a house, we take a standard working drawing we know the cost of and measure the newly drawn house against it….
