We are looking to do 30 Cents plot layouts with 25 ft pathways in a 5 acres parcel of our Organic farm in Tamilnadu. This is to demonstrate a sustainable green living.
The Plot surveys chosen for this are 168/3,4,5,6, 184/20,21,22 in the whole sketch.
1. Leave 15ft to the left of 168/3 vertically for interconnecting pathways down through 168/2 till 168/9 start
1.A Leave 15ft to the right of 168/1 vertically for interconnecting pathways down through 168/2 till 168/9 start
2. Leave 15 ft on the top of 168/3 & 168/1 horizontally for extending the roads from 168/1(parallel to 169 road)
3. Do not use the are of Survey 184/19 for plotting, but if reqd can be used for 25ft Pathways or any water ponds.
4. The plots can be either Square or Rectangular, but optimally designed to get maximum numbers. The irregular shape corners and edges can be omitted from Plot areas as it can be used for open space landscapes.
5. All the plots should be reachable through a 25ft Pathway.
6. Draw the lines of irrigation, Common Sewage/drainage and Electric Lines and Street lights
7. Provide Estimated Quantity for Soil for Land filling the Pathway, Each plot filling, Perimeter fencing, Pipelines, Street lights etc.
8. Identify each plot with dimensions and unique numbers.
