About the job
I need a clean CATIA V5 model of an RC spraying helicopter (AS350 shape, length ~1790 mm), rebuilt from my existing mesh. It will be used for CFD simulation in ANSYS Fluent.
- External shape only: fuselage, tail, landing gear, spray tank, spray boom with nozzles. No interior, no rotor blades, no small details.
- Nozzles: the mesh shows 8 old nozzles - replace them with 6 TeeJet XR11001-VS nozzles (official TeeJet CAD model) at the positions given in nozzles.json. Nozzle spacing must be a parameter.
- Fully parametric .CATPart with specification tree (I must edit dimensions myself) + STEP for ANSYS.
- Closed solids, smooth NURBS surfaces, no faceted geometry. Tolerance +/-1 mm.
Mesh, drawings and full technical specification are attached.
Fixed price, 2 milestones. NDA required.
