Watch CAD Designer: Production-Ready Case, Dial and Hands for Natural Stone Dial Watch Anyone
About the job
We're launching a new Indian watch brand with men's watches featuring genuine natural stone dials. The design direction is finalized. We need an experienced watch CAD designer to turn it into production-ready files and technical drawings for our manufacturer.
This is engineering work, not concept art or renders. Watch case and movement fitment experience is essential. This will need collaborating with manufacturer for final delivery.
Deliverables
• 3D CAD (STEP plus native SolidWorks) for case, caseback, crown, dial, hands and crystal fit
• Dimensioned 2D drawings with tolerances (PDF and DWG)
• Dial drawing covering stone thickness, dial feet position and hand clearance for the Ronda 702 at H6 (
• Assembly and exploded views
• Recommendations on gasket and water resistance design
Requirements
• Proven watch case or dial design experience
• SolidWorks or Rhino
• Experience designing dials in stone, mother-of-pearl or other non-metal materials is a plus
