I am looking for a skilled 3D CAD designer to design a set of custom frame guards for an ETM RTR electric bike.
The guards must follow the actual frame geometry and include crescent-shaped hooks/clips to attach securely to the circular frame tubes without drilling holes or permanently modifying the bike.
Available References:
* A usable 3D scan of the actual bike frame.
* Reference photos showing the desired guards and mounting concept.
* Measurements and photos of the frame sections to be protected.
* Preliminary STL files of a similar motorcycle model.
Required Work:
* Design the custom 3D frame guards based on the actual 3D scan.
* Develop the integrated crescent-shaped mounting hooks/clips.
* Check geometric fit, clearances, and potential interference.
* Prepare the models for manufacturing.
