Hello,
I am looking for a specialized freelance architect / hydraulic engineer (ideally with an Algerian background) to transform my drafted layout into a comprehensive, construction-ready Execution File (CAD & Quantity Estimation) that will be handed over to a local contractor.
The project consists of a concrete pool with two separate basins utilizing a skimmer system:
1. Main Basin: 9m x 6m
2. Kids Basin: 4m x 9m
I am attaching my drafted material to this request, which includes my initial 3D models, layout sketches, and a preliminary trial of the hydraulic schematic.
1. Scope of Work
Your role will be to review, mathematically validate, and formalize my drafts into a fully professional engineering bundle containing:
* Hydraulic & Filtration Engineering:Cross-checking flow rates, pipe velocity, turnover periods (especially for the kids' area), and designing a balanced filtration schematic.
* Detailed 2D CAD Execution Drawings: Ready-to-build structural layout and plumbing blueprints.
* Material Take-Off & Bill of Quantities (BOQ): A detailed Excel file breakdown of all materials and equipment to acquire local construction quotes.
2. Detailed Deliverables Required
* A. Hydraulic & Plumbing Package (Fluides) :
* Hydraulic Calculation Sheet:Total volume math, head loss estimation, required pump horsepower (HP), and sand filter sizing.
* Pipe Network Layout: Precise routing and diameters (PVC PN10/PN16) for all suctions (skimmers, main drains, vacuum lines) and returns for both basins.
* Technical Room Blueprint:2D/3D layout showing pumps, filters, manifolds, valves, bypass lines, and electrical control panels.
* Hydraulic Schematic Diagram:A corrected, standard single-line fluid diagram building upon my draft.
* B. Civil & Structural CAD Drawings :
* Formwork & Dimension Plans: Scale drawings (1:50 / 1:20) with exact structural dimensions, depths, wall/floor concrete thickness.
* Rebar & Reinforcement Details (Principle): Layout for steel meshes, standard corners, and water-stop joint specifications.
* Embedded Parts Map (Reservations): Exact positioning for all skimmers, return nozzles, LED lights, and conduits before concrete casting.
* C. Bill of Quantities & Cost Estimator (Excel) :
* Itemized BOQ: An organized Excel spreadsheet breaking down:
* Excavation and concrete volumes (m³) for both basins.
* Total reinforcement steel weight.
* Waterproofing surface area (m²) and finishing coatings.
* Complete PVC plumbing parts list (valves, unions, elbows, manifold bars).
* Nominal specifications sheet for all hardware (pumps, filters, lights).
3. Contract & Payment Terms
* Payment: Secure online payment managed strictly via platform escrow (Milestone-based system triggered upon review of draft submissions).
* Formats: Deliverables must include original source files (.DWG or .RVT), high-res .PDF sets, and editable Excel (.XLSX) sheets.
