Project Title: Pocket Park Drawings & Renderings
Project Overview:
I am seeking for reliable freelancer for a project to render four pocket parks, each approximately 14,500m² in size. We have an existing design and model to use as a starting point, but require updates and additional deliverables.
Scope of Work:
1. 3D Render (Lumion) of Design Update (per park):
Update existing park model based on client feedback.
Create renders using Lumion software.
Play equipment and furniture are already modeled, focus on refining overall design and incorporating client changes.
2. Proposal for Building New Park Model (per park):
Outline scope, timeline, and cost of building a new 3D model from scratch. Required level of detail as in provided sample.
3. Landscape Drawings in AutoCAD (per park):
General Arrangement Plan
Softscape Plan
Hardscape Plan
Furniture and Equipment Plan
Leveling and Grading Plan
Samples of deliverables and quick training available if required.
Additional Information:
Long-term collaboration potential for ongoing design and technical support.
