We are looking for an experienced Senior RF Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in RF system design, wireless communication, RF testing, antenna integration, RF troubleshooting, and validation.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing RF and wireless communication systems, working closely with hardware, embedded firmware, and system engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and validate RF and wireless communication systems.
Work with RF transceivers, RF modules, amplifiers, filters, antennas, connectors, and RF front-end circuits.
Configure and test wireless technologies such as LoRa/LoRaWAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, Sub-GHz, ISM-band, and other RF communication systems.
Perform RF link testing, range testing, sensitivity testing, transmit-power measurements, and communication reliability testing.
Analyze RF performance including TX power, RX sensitivity, frequency stability, bandwidth, RSSI, SNR, and link budget.
Perform antenna selection, integration, matching, and RF performance validation.
Troubleshoot RF communication failures at the module, PCB, antenna, and system levels.

Support hardware bring-up and integration of RF modules with MCUs and embedded systems.
Review RF-related schematics, PCB layouts, datasheets, application notes, and reference designs.
Support EMI/EMC testing and RF regulatory compliance.
Work with PCB and hardware teams to improve RF performance and resolve design issues.
Required Technical Skills
4+ years of experience in RF / Wireless Engineering.
Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless communication principles.
Hands-on experience with RF transceivers and wireless modules.
Experience with LoRa/LoRaWAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, Sub-GHz, or similar wireless technologies.
Knowledge of RF propagation, link budget, TX power, RX sensitivity, RSSI, SNR, frequency, bandwidth, and modulation.
Understanding of RF PCB layout, controlled impedance, grounding, shielding, and RF signal routing.
Experience with antenna selection, integration, testing, and tuning.
Hands-on experience with spectrum analyzer, VNA, signal generator, power meter, oscilloscope, and other RF test equipment.
Ability to analyze RF schematics, PCB layouts, datasheets, and reference designs.
Knowledge of SPI, UART, I2C, and other interfaces used for RF transceiver configuration.
Good understanding of embedded systems and MCU–RF module integration.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Preferred Experience
SX1262 / SX127x / Semtech LoRa experience.
RF power amplifier and LNA integration.
