PAYMENT
7 milestones (M1 general arrangement to M7 certification package). Each milestone is released only after delivery of native files (.3dm, .dwg, .xlsx with live formulas) plus PDF. Full IP assignment to the client, unlimited series production, no royalties.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (proposals without them will not be considered)
- At least 3 motor boats of 6-12 m that you designed and that were actually built (builder name, year, photos)
- Proven experience with EN ISO 12215-5 scantlings for GRP boats
- Stability assessments to EN ISO 12217-1 and experience with CE certification
- Rhino 3D with Orca3D, RhinoMarine or equivalent
IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE
- Your fee for each milestone (M1 to M7) and total
- Timeline in weeks
- Number of revisions included
- Software used
- 2-3 examples of drawings (watermarked is fine)
- Your answers to these questions:
1. Which boats of 6-12 m that you designed are in production today? Please give builder names.
2. How would you design the transom for a 300 hp outboard?
3. For this boat, would you recommend CE category C (module A) or category B (module A1)? Why?
4. How would you make this boat clearly different from existing designs in the same genre?
5. Do you agree to assign full IP and deliver native source files at each milestone?
Communication in English or French.
