About the job
We have a specific project that needs an experienced CAD drafter to produce design development and construction document-level drawings for a landscape/site project. There is potential for ongoing work beyond this initial project for the right fit, but the immediate need is this defined scope.
Initial project scope:
• Site layout and grading plans
• Construction detailing, including steel walls and stairs
• Elevations
• Perspective renderings (optional add-on to scope)
Required Skills:
• AutoCAD (required); Sketchup and/or Photoshop (optional add on for illustrative renderings)
• Experience with grading/drainage and technical construction details
• Familiarity with landscape architecture or architectural drafting standards
• Ability to work from markups/redlines with minimal oversight
Budget Range: $25–$60/hr based on relevant experience
Timeline (For initial project): October-December 2026
