About the job
We are seeking an experienced Civil 3D / AutoCAD drafter to assist with the development and revision of construction drawings for a slope stabilization project using gabion systems.
The selected freelancer will work from existing project information, sketches, engineering direction, and redline markups provided by our engineering team.
Scope of Work:
Develop and update civil construction drawings in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
Prepare plans, profiles, sections, and construction details related to slope stabilization.
Develop drawings for gabion walls and associated site improvements.
Incorporate engineer-provided sketches, comments, and redline markups into the drawing set.
Revise drawings through multiple review cycles as required.
Maintain proper CAD organization, including layers, lineweights, dimensions, annotations, and sheet layouts.
Coordinate information between plan views, profiles, sections, and details.
Prepare drawings suitable for engineering review and final construction-document development.
Preferred Experience:
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is highly preferred.
Previous experience preparing civil/site construction drawings.
