Eurovent is looking for an experienced HVAC Ductwork Draughtsperson to join our team. This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the world, working on ductwork design and fabrication drawings for HVAC projects.
About the Role
We're looking for a skilled draughtsperson with a strong background in HVAC systems, specifically ductwork design, fabrication drawing and estimating. You'll be producing accurate, coordinated drawings and take-offs that our fabrication and installation teams can work from directly, so precision and a solid working knowledge of ductwork fabrication standards are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce detailed HVAC ductwork design and fabrication drawings from project specifications and site surveys
• Model ductwork systems in Revit, ensuring clash-free coordination with other building services
• Prepare fabrication and installation drawings using AutoCAD, CAD Duct and CAM Duct
• Generate material take-offs and cost estimates using Est Duct
• Produce Fabrication Duct outputs ready for the workshop floor
• Liaise with project engineers, estimators and site teams to resolve design queries
• Keep drawing registers, revisions and documentation up to date and audit-ready
