Project Details:
Need an expert SolidWorks / CAD designer to convert the attached car bed drawings into a complete 3D production model with 2D vector slicing for 3-Axis CNC fabrication using HDHMR/MDF.
Key Details: Mattress cavity, 19mm x 12mm character grooves, 3D wheels, headlight recess, and spoiler fins.
Vector Slicing: Compound 3D curved areas (front bumper/hood) must be sliced into standard sheet layers (18mm/25mm) with dowel pin alignment holes for stack-lamination.
Deliverables:
Native SolidWorks (.SLDPRT, .SLDASM) and .STEP files.
Production-ready 1:1 .DXF vector files labeled layer-by-layer for 3-axis CNC routing (profile cuts, pockets, alignment holes).
Layered assembly drawings / PDF index for workshop fabrication.
