We are looking for an experienced Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Designer to develop a custom packaging machine(Cartonator).
Scope of Work:
Develop the full 3D mechanical architecture and assembly.
Perform kinematic and stress analysis on critical moving parts.
Source standard components (pneumatics, motors, sensors, bearings).
Deliver manufacturing-ready 2D production drawings with proper GD&T.
Required Experience:
Proven track record of designing operational packaging machinery or high-speed automation.
Mastery of [SolidWorks / Autodesk Inventor].
Strong understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
