Description
We are helping a growing church in Newton County, Georgia develop a new approximately 30,000 SF church facility. The church was donated land and is trying to build a new facility that will provide more space for its youth, families, worship, education, and recreation programs, including a gym and Family Life Center.
The design and layout are already established. We have floor plans, dimensions, elevations, renderings, CAD files, civil information, and Autodesk Inventor/Revit models in development.
We are looking for an experienced Revit/BIM and CAD designer to help:
Complete the architectural Revit/BIM model from our existing design.
Produce detailed architectural drawings and CAD exports from the BIM model.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, ceilings, doors/windows, and other architectural drawings.
Create quality 3D renderings so the congregation can visualize the sanctuary, gym, Family Life Center, classrooms, and interior finishes.
Develop preliminary standard layouts for electrical, HVAC/mechanical, plumbing, and fire alarm to assist with coordination and the next design steps. These are not intended to replace final engineering by licensed professionals.
Prepare the model and drawings for handoff to a Georgia-licensed architect and engineers, who will review, revise as necessary, complete the engineering, stamp, and submit the final construction documents for permitting.
