I am seeking an experienced architectural designer, CAD drafter, or residential design professional to assist with the design and preparation of a comprehensive drawing package for a second-story addition to an existing one-family home in New York City.
The existing home was constructed in 1945, and the proposed project involves a vertical enlargement by adding a second story while maintaining the property as a one-family residence.
This is not simply a conceptual floor-plan project. I am looking for someone experienced in producing coordinated architectural/construction documents who understands that the project will ultimately be submitted to the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and reviewed for zoning and code compliance.
